Up to five agreed public platforms. Weekday service hours: 10:00–19:00 Beijing time. Weekly summaries and monthly reports are included; the higher tier includes a risk list.
Each response is up to 1,000 Chinese characters with two revision rounds. Monitoring software, content removal, legal representation and round-the-clock coverage are excluded.
